Is this a good price for a vacation in Europe?

I'm a freshman in high school and I was offered the opportunity to go England, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland next summer as part of the Ambassador program students. But it is almost $ 7000! Is that a good price for a trip like that? I find it very expensive for me, but hey what do I know? Please tell me if this is a good deal or if it tears me off! Includes all food and expenses, and for 20 days.

seems pretty steep, but in reality it is for as many sites as you go. I studied abroad semete past in Spain and cost nearly 10 thousand for what is good business.
