Looking for an affordable European Week Riverboat longhaul or barge?

My friends are looking for a boat / vacation honeymoon ships in Europe, particularly France. I found a couple of tours, but only a little there price range. I was hoping to find them by 5-7 night stay in a boat with all inclusive for 3 or 4 thousand for the couple. I need to propose routes in this price range so they have enough of its budget on tickets left airline and other extras. Know of any tours that fit this description? or any sites / travel agencies that specialize in boat / barge tours in Europe. Thanks …
